In order to proceed with the registration form, we need to confirm that you have read and understood our personal data protection clause. In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, we inform you that:
- Data Administrator: The administrator of your personal data is COMET SCRL, with its registered office at Via Roveredo 20b, Pordenone, Italy. Email: info@clustercomet.it.
- Basis for Processing: Your personal data is processed based on your consent according to Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. This consent is part of your application to participate in the Horizon Scanning activities within the MASTT2040 project, which is co-financed by the European Union.
- Voluntary Provision of Data: Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, not providing this data will result in the inability to submit an application for participation in the Horizon Scanning training and process.
- Recipients of Data: Your personal data may be provided to entities involved in processing your application and to other entities authorized by law.
- Duration of Processing: Your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent. The processing period may be extended each time by the statute of limitations for claims if the processing of personal data is necessary to establish, assert, or defend against such claims. After this period, your data will only be processed to the extent and for the duration required by law.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access and receive a copy of your data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, or limit processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time and the right to data portability.
- Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, or any other supervisory authority, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
